Any site or company registered with the Scheme, and everyone working on a site or for a company, should act considerately towards all those affected by the work. The following film is intended to introduce the Scheme to neighbours living near a registered site, or indeed to any interested member of the general public.
To request a copy of the film to be sent to you, please send us an email with your contact details here.
 To see if a site is registered, look for the site posters. All registered sites should display these prominently on the exterior of the site.
  To see if a company is registered, look for the company posters or stickers. All registered companies should display the poster (where appropriate) on the exterior of the site.The vehicle sticker should be displayed on all company vehicles. If you are having any problems with a registered site or company, please contact the administration office. The Scheme can only deal with issues directly related to the Code of Considerate Practice. The Scheme's aim is to ensure that the site/company is adhering to the Code of Considerate Practice. In the extreme case of a site/company not complying with the Code of Considerate Practice, registration may be withdrawn.
To find out if the site/company in question is registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, send the address of the site or the registration number of the company (found on posters/stickers) in question to isasiteregistered@ccscheme.org.uk
