The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a ‘not for profit’ industry initiative created to improve the image of construction.

The Scheme revolves around an eight point Code of Considerate Practice designed to help registered sites and companies minimise any negative impact they may have on the surroundings, the public and the environment.

Sites and companies are monitored to encourage them to improve and, for the most considerate, to recognise their efforts with National Awards.

The following film aims to give a general overview about what we do at the Considerate Constructors Scheme.  This film only talks about the Site Registration initiative because the Company Registration initiative had not been launched when the film was made.
