There are two ways in which companies can register with the Scheme:

• Companies with an annual turnover of up to £3.5 million can register, with registration covering all their sites, regardless of site duration.
• Companies with an annual turnover over £3.5 million can register, with registration covering only their sites with a duration of less than six weeks. (Sites with a duration over six weeks should be registered individually with the Scheme's Site Registration option.)

10% Promotional discount

Company Registration is available to members of the National Federation of Builders, Constructionline and Chartered Building Companies at a 10% discount for the first year of registration.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme has been described as the ‘icing on the cake’ of a project.  I disagree - in many cases, Considerate Construction has been their key to success.

The Company Registration Scheme allows those firms currently excluded for registering their sites to be registered for all they do, which has to be a good thing.

The Company Registration Scheme is a logical development of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and will allow for every type and size of construction activity to be registered.  It will demonstrate overall commitment to the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
