Non-compliance procedure

Any company registering with the Scheme must comply with the basic expectations laid out by the Company Code of Considerate Practice.

If a registered company is failing to meet these expectations after the first visit, a further visit will be made by the Scheme’s Monitor, allowing enough time for the non-compliance to be addressed. The company will be written to, highlighting the issues of non-compliance.

If, after this second visit, the company continues to be non-compliant, a decision will be made as to whether to allow the company to continue to be a member of the Scheme. Where a company membership is revoked, a recorded delivery letter will be issued, explaining the reason for the decision and informing the company to remove all evidence of membership. In this case, no refund will be given.
