Companies will receive a Certificate of Compliance if they score three or more points in each of the eight sections of the Company Code of Considerate Practice.

The Scheme would like to offer its congratulations to those companies that receive a Certificate, as it indicates a level of consideration beyond statutory requirements to the workforce, the environment and the neighbour.

Companies which score four or above in each of the eight sections of the Company Code of Considerate Practice receive a Certificate of Performance Beyond Compliance.

The Certificate of Performance Beyond Compliance is intended to provide an additional level of reward to companies whose performance is in excess of compliance.
