Site Registration support

Below are a number of documents to help everyone understand what it means to be registered with the Scheme. They provide guidance on what a site should do once it has registered, as well as offering help on how to adhere to the Code of Considerate Practice.

Site operative induction presentation

This presentation can be used when inducting operatives to explain how to adhere to the Scheme's Code of Considerate Practice and how their efforts can help improve the image of construction.

 
Good Neighbour questionnaire 

This questionnaire can be given to members of the public to gauge your level of performance within the local community that you're working in.

The Scheme offers two versions:

1. This questionnaire asks to be returned via a prepaid envelope (provided by the company)

2. This questionnaire asks to be returned by hand to a selected location (address/details of where to hand it in can be written on the form before giving it out)

Four informative films, relating to the Scheme and its activities, are available to watch online or download. Alternatively, you can request a copy on DVD from the Scheme’s administration office.

One film provides a general overview of the Scheme, one is for site neighbours affected by works and the other two introduce the Scheme to either the site manager or site operatives.

The Scheme offers a number of additional products for registered sites to purchase that can be used to enhance their registration.

The Scheme offers a variety of presentations and training designed to help registered sites understand the aims of the Scheme, and guide them on how they can perform beyond compliance.
