New Associate Members
The Considerate Constructors Scheme is pleased to welcome the following organisations to its Associate Membership initiative. There are now a total of 58 Associate Members.
Associate Member companies are those who have proved their commitment to improving the image of the industry through a high number of registrations that have consistently performed to a high level. Associate Membership provides a key link between contractors and the Scheme and allows for member companies to voice their opinions about how the Scheme can continue improving the industry's image.
Associate Members agree to register all their sites with the Scheme, for a period of three years, and to comply with all aspects of the Scheme's Code. In return, the Scheme will publicise the company's Associate Membership, host meetings/dinners to discuss Scheme issues and supply monthly benchmarking information and statistics comparing the Associate's scores with the national averages.
Knight Build Ltd
By becoming an Associate Member of the CCS, we aim to show our workforce, clients and the general public our commitment to the benchmarks demanded by the Scheme. Since we began registering our projects, the site improvement, the attitude of the site teams and the relationships with neighbours and nearby residents has minimised the impacts that a construction site brings to a residential area.
The goal of Knight Build Ltd is to always achieve improvement as we go forward throughout the company and show the name of Knight Build, Safety and Consideration go as one on all projects and schemes we undertake no matter what the size.
The Considerate Constructors Scheme makes a significant contribution to raising the social and environmental standards of our industry. Laing O'Rourke is proud of its role as an Associate Member in helping to lead this agenda.
Head of Sustainability and Carbon Management
The Midas Group is delighted to become an Associate Member of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, and proud to add our support to such a positive and influential organisation working to shape the future of the construction industry.
Becoming an Associate Member reinforces our long-held commitment to continually raising standards and further cementing our existing focus on supporting and enriching the communities we work within.
