Scheme Supporters understand and value the impact that the Considerate Constructors Scheme has on UK construction and would encourage all those working within UK construction to support this valuable initiative.

The Scheme would like to welcome:

Association of Interior Specialists ais-logo

The Association of Interior Specialists (AIS) is a trade association that represents companies involved in the manufacture, supply and installation of all aspects of interior fit-outs and refurbishments. We have members throughout the supply chain including main interior contractors, specialist fit-out contractors, manufacturers and distributors.

"The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a very important partner for AIS and the fit-out sector. Our members often work in situations where the buildings and businesses must continue to operate. The maintenance of good relationships with our clients, their customers and the community is therefore vital and helps promote the positive image of the fit-out industry. CCS helps our members exceed expectations and raise industry standards through Site and Company Registration."

Construction Client's Group ccglogo

The Construction Clients' Group sits at the heart of Constructing Excellence and is the only dedicated client body combining public and private sector clients promoting best practice and industry improvements.

"The Construction Clients' Group is a keen and active supporter of the Considerate Constructor Scheme. Construction activities have the potential to impact adversely on clients' businesses if the contractors engaged on their projects are not aware of the sensitivities to their business and the general public at large. Informed clients specify CCS in their contracts as an assured means of demonstrating real and sustainable consideration to neighbours and other local businesses. The brand is strong, well respected and a must have requirement for any client who values the image they portray."

"We are delighted to be working in partnership with the Considerate Constructors Scheme to promote a positive image of the construction industry. The Scheme's focus on 'caring for the workforce' is a good fit with CITB's work to develop a competent and safe construction workforce. And the Scheme's overall objective of ensuring that every construction site is a good advertisement for the industry undoubtedly contributes to making construction an attractive career option for potential new recruits."
