in its highly praised Harris Academy school project.

CCS National Site Awards 2015,
where the presenter quoted from
the Monitor’s report describing the
project as “one of the best sites I
have seen in over 400 visits”.
The company, which has been
registering its sites with the
Scheme for over seven years,
scored highly in all five key areas of
the Code of Considerate Practice for
its academy project.
As well as engaging with local
school, college and university
students, the contractor held an
open day for neighbours and
hosted visits for community groups,
as well as giving presentations and
holding a charity barbecue.
Praising the Scheme for helping
steer the project in a considerate
direction, Project Manager Mark
Dalziel said: “The Scheme reflects
where the construction industry

quite rightly, very high standards.
