While thousands of UK construction sites, companies and suppliers register all their activity with the Scheme, many also want to deepen their commitment to improving the image of construction by actively helping the Scheme develop future initiatives.
The below types of membership allow these organisations to play a larger role in the Scheme’s efforts to promote a more considerate industry.
Partners are companies who have proved their commitment to improving the image of the industry through a high number of registrations that have consistently performed to a high level.
Partners agree to register all their sites with the Scheme, for a period of three years, and to comply with all aspects of the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice.
Client Partners are companies or organisations who make a commitment to improve the image of the construction industry.
Client Partnership lasts for three years and member companies agree to recommend Scheme registration to all sites they control.
Client Partners are expected to encourage compliance with all aspects of the Scheme’s Code on their registered sites.
Professional Partners are professioanl organisations that provide services which directly or indirectly help to improve the image of the construction industry.
Although not Partners, Scheme Supporters work to formalise the relationships the Scheme has with other construction industry bodies.
This will enable the Scheme to work closely with these organisations to promote best practice across the construction industry.
