Leading by example, Excelsior Land is inspiring change to create carbon negative and energy efficient homes. Making the decision to build only low carbon housing, the company will incorporate Modern Methods of Construction (MCC) techniques to all of its projects, educating and guiding its clients towards sustainable building. In a UK first, the company are combining locally produced Eco-200 panels with a Saint-Gobain weberwall to reduce its carbon footprint by 5 tonnes, or 16,500 truck journeys. The team have also undertaken significant changes to their business premises, installing insulation, solar panels and ASHP. By standing up for the fight against climate change, Excelsior Land is moving towards its target to become net zero, and leading the transition to carbon zero homes.
