Throughout the year, the Scheme hosts numerous events which provide guidance and support to help achieve higher standards, as well as informing those involved in construction of upcoming industry-wide developments and initiatives.
Please see below for annual events run by the Scheme:
Seminars and Workshops
Seminars provide a basic understanding of the Scheme while the Workshops are for those who wish to advance their knowledge of considerate construction. These events are suitable for site managers, head office support staff, clients and anyone who would like to know more about the Scheme.
They are held across the UK throughout the year and are presented by specially trained Monitors who will inform and inspire.

The awards are attended by thousands of construction industry professionals and presented at numerous ceremonies held at locations across the UK.
National Company Awards
Similar to the National Site Awards, the National Company Awards celebrate registered companies who have who have implemented the highest standards of consideration towards the neighbourhood and general public, the workforce and the environment.
Image of Construction
The presentations, hosted by Monitors, explain and offer guidance on different aspects of the Scheme such as scoring or preparing for a site visit, while other industry organisations are also invited to talk about their activities which benefit the industry.
Held at spectacular locations, the Drinks Reception invites guests to hear from industry keynote speakers while enjoying drinks and entertainment. Attendees have included directors, chairmen and chief executives from the Scheme’s Associate Members, Client Partners, Company Partners, registered suppliers, as well as industry press and other industry bodies.
