We will provide you with a minimum of one monitoring visit in each registration period and, depending on the number of registered depots you have, we will conduct additional depot visits. After these visits, we will provide you with a report assessing your performance against the Code which also highlights improvement areas.
To help you manage your journey you will have access to our online Insights Dashboard, where you can track your performance.
Our Public Support team provides a service for anyone to contact us if they have a concern or feedback about a construction activity.
We also host our national awards programme, the Leading Lights Awards, which recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals, teams, sites and organisations of every size that have gone above and beyond in the three areas of our Code of Considerate Practice.
