1.1. About Fees

Our registration fees are tailored to the size and type of your activity, whether you are registering as a main contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, site, or Ultra Site.

You can also tailor your registration if you would like to sign up for one of our workshops or modules, purchase additional materials or additional monitoring, or sign up for CLOCS monitoring.

1.2. What is my registration type?

• Site registration – main contractors or joint ventures of construction sites of 12 weeks or longer
• Ultra Site registration – sites who are industry leaders and commit to a percentage of their supply chain spend being registered with the Scheme
• Organisation registration for main contractors and sub-contractors – main contractors of sites less than 12 weeks in duration or sub-contractors undertaking construction activities and suppliers of fixed rental equipment (operated or maintained on site by the supplier, for example scaffolding and cranes)
• Organisation registration for suppliers – suppliers of materials or temporary-hire equipment (operated and/or maintained by site workforce, for example generators and cabins).

1.3. Schedule of Fees

To finalise your registration, you can choose to make payment either for the full contract period or on a 12-month basis.

Our preferred payment method is by debit card, credit card or BACS.

All of the prices below are subject to VAT.

2. Site Registrations

We require sites to be registered for the full contract period. The registration fee is determined by the site’s value in accordance with the table below. 

Sites over 24 months in duration may optionally add an Ultra Site registration. Sites with an annualised project value over £100m and over 24 months in duration must also register as an Ultra Site.  

Please note that if your project will be registered over more than one phase, each registration fee will be based on the value of that phase, rather than the total project value.

3. Ultra Site Registrations

We require sites to be registered for the full contract period. The registration fee is determined by the site’s value in accordance with the table below. 

Ultra Site fees are in addition to the site registration fees.

4. Organisation registration for main contractors and sub-contractors**

Organisation registration for main contractors and sub-contractors lasts for one year from the date of registration. After your first year you will be eligible for a 10% re-registration discount (provided you have met the visit criteria in the preceding 12 months).

5. Organisation registration for suppliers**

Organisation registration for suppliers lasts for one year from the date of registration.

** When you provide a membership number for any of the following organisations you qualify for a 10% discount on your first registration:

• Achilles Building Confidence
• Building and Engineering Services Association
• Builder's Profile
• Chartered Building Company
• Constructionline
• Electrical Contractors' Association
• The National Federation of Builders

6. The Construction Site Leadership and Culture Module

If you would like to undertake the Construction Site Leadership and Culture Module, the annual registration fees are listed in the table below. Please note that the minimum registration period is 24 months.

For Ultra Sites, the module is included in the Ultra Site registration fee.

7. Client Assurance

Additional monitoring is also available for sensitive sites or for clients who want to drive higher standards across their portfolio. Our client site assurance programmes are individually tailored to clients at a £375 day rate.

8. Additional Monitoring

If you would like any additional monitoring, this is charged at a £375 day rate (with a minimum half day charge).

9. Delivery Charges

There is no charge for the delivery of products that are included as part of your registration. Additional products, redelivery of products (due to a missed delivery or incorrect deliver details) will be charged at cost.

10. Refund Amounts

Should you wish to cancel your registration, this must be done in writing by emailing registrations@ccscheme.org.uk. We will then calculate your refund amount according to the table below.
