Karen joined the Home Office in 1991. Since then she has had a variety of roles at various locations in the UK and abroad including with Border Force, UK Visas & Immigration, Intelligence and Immigration Enforcement. From 2016 to 2019 she was the Local Partnership Manager for Interventions Sanctions & Compliance in the Midlands and now heads up a team of Local Partnership Managers based in regional locations across the UK.
Kerry joined the Home Office in 2002. Since then she has had a variety of roles within Immigration Enforcement; which has included frontline enforcement, voluntary returns and intelligence. From February 2023 Kerry has been the Local Partnership Manager for Interventions Sanctions & Compliance in the Midlands (including Oxford, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire).
Nick’s background has been working in the Health & Wellbeing industry, before moving into the world of D&A services for the past 10 years where he started out working for one of the largest global testing providers, before leaving to start Positive Matters.
Peter has spent the past 20 years helping organisations manage the risks presented by substance misuse. Most of his customers operate in safety sensitive industries, ranging in size from 20 employees to many thousands. He has also worked with industry governing bodies to produce minimum standards and implementation guidelines. The company Peter founded in 2007 was acquired in 2013 by one of the largest global testing providers, where he was retained, heading up various commercial teams, before leaving to start Positive Matters in 2020.
