Open Doors goes digital

In light of the escalation of Coronavirus, Open Doors Week 2020 is going digital.

Construction sites registered to take part in Open Doors (16-21 March) will not be opening their doors to visitors for on-site face-to-face visits, due to the ongoing situation with Coronavirus.

Instead, Open Doors sites are encouraged to take up the challenge of going digital and offer live and pre-recorded tours and films across their projects.

Those who were due to attend will be able to tune in to site visits via Skype, YouTube or FaceTime and opportunities will be available to ask questions during the live-streamed tours.

The Open Doors mission is to welcome and showcase the industry to as many people as possible, and this step has been taken to make sure it is safe and responsible to do so.

More information for sites on how to operate as part of Open Doors Goes Digital and information for visitors can be found here.
