The Scheme is a non-for-profit organisation, financed solely from the Site Registration fees.
The fee is designed to cover the operational and development costs of the Scheme.
The fee is based on the site value and provides for:
- High specification site specific poster(s) and, where applicable, banner(s).
- Site Monitors’ visit(s) and report(s).
- An on-going hotline to deal with comments and complaints from the general public.
- Future developments of the Scheme.
The registration fee is determined by the site’s value in accordance with the table below. Please note that if your project will be registered over more than one phase, each registration fee will be based on the value of that phase, rather than the total project value, as explained here.

Contract values on the boundary between two bands are charged at the higher fee band, e.g. a site with a contract value of £5,000,000 exactly is charged in the £5m to <£10m band.
Should a site require an additional visit further to standard monitoring visits included with the registration, an additional fee of £178 (+VAT) is applicable.
