Supporting the NFB Principal Contractors Group Conference

Key government policy and technological developments shaping the future of the construction industry will be discussed at the NFB’s Principal Contractors Group Annual Conference 2015.

Guests will have a rare opportunity to quiz senior government policy figures and industry representatives at the conference being held in association with the CITB.

The PCG annual conference is the NFB’s primary policy event of the year and is a must for the UK’s leading contractors who are PCG members. As well as providing the latest construction developments and news, the event provides a great opportunity to network with other members.

Its theme – UK construction: building success – relates to the planned regeneration of the industry after it suffered a longer economic downturn than other sectors. There have been around 400,000 job losses and the industry has experienced more insolvencies than any other industry.

Difficulties accessing finance and the need to rebuild the skills base to cope with the expected £120 billion pipeline of work between now and 2019 will be under discussion.

Its annual conference is taking place from 10am to 4pm on Thursday 19 November 2015 at Church House Conference Centre, Dean’s Yard, London SW1P 3NZ.
